At Canine Revolution, our residential Board & Train programs focus on improving everyday behaviour, developing reliable obedience skills and building clearer communication between dogs and their owners.
Your dog stays with us in Coffs Harbour, where structured individual training, appropriate real-world practice and consistent routines help establish a solid foundation.
But training your dog is only part of what we do.
Through our included private owner-training lessons, we teach you how to communicate with your dog, manage challenging situations and continue developing the training at home.
Whether you’re looking to improve everyday manners or develop more advanced obedience, our Standard and Elite programs are tailored to your dog’s individual needs.

Is Board & Train suitable for a dog with separation anxiety?
Suitability depends on an individual assessment. We will discuss your dog’s history, needs and training goals before recommending a residential program or another approach.
Where appropriate, training can include confidence building, clear communication, settling and calmer crate manners. Progress varies between dogs, and some cases require a different or longer plan. Contact James to discuss the most suitable support for your dog.

Four Months of Complimentary Group Classes: Continue practising obedience and handling skills around distractions, subject to your dog’s suitability for group training.
Collection & Return
You can bring your dog to our Coffs Harbour training property or discuss coordinated collection and return arrangements where available. Transport details and any applicable costs are confirmed individually.
Payment Information
A $1,500 booking deposit reserves your dog’s training dates. The remaining balance is due on or before arrival, or you can pay the full amount upfront. Full booking terms are provided with your Xero invoice and enrolment agreement.

Our Standard Board & Train program is designed to address everyday behaviour challenges while developing clearer communication, better engagement and practical obedience.
Your dog stays with us in Coffs Harbour, where structured individual training, appropriate routines and carefully selected real-world exercises help develop skills that can transfer into everyday life.
Training may include lead walking, recall foundations, place training, settling, impulse control and more appropriate responses to common distractions, depending on your dog’s needs.
Most importantly, your training continues when your dog comes home.
Three private owner-training lessons are included to teach you how to use the communication and handling skills your dog has learned, manage challenging situations and continue developing its progress.
The residential stay typically lasts 14–21 days. Where appropriate, a short extension may be provided without additional training fees to support a suitable handover.
Every dog progresses differently, and no particular behavioural outcome can be guaranteed.

What Your Elite Board & Train Includes
Advanced Obedience: Develop more reliable responses to commands, including heel, place, recall, sit and down, with progressive increases in difficulty.
Lead Training & Engagement: Improve walking manners, handler focus and communication around everyday distractions.
Real-World Training: Extended practice in suitable public environments, helping your dog develop more consistent responses around people, other dogs and environmental distractions.
Everyday Behaviour Improvement: Address jumping, overexcitement, mouthing, poor impulse control and other individually assessed behavioural challenges.
Behaviour Modification: Individual training strategies for suitable reactivity, fear, aggression or other complex behavioural concerns, following assessment.
Settling & Calm Behaviour: Develop appropriate settling skills, crate manners and greater self-control in everyday situations.
Confidence Building: Help your dog develop more appropriate responses and confidence in carefully selected environments.
Advanced Training Opportunities: Where suitable and agreed, training may include introductory retrieving, scent work or other individual training goals.
Owner Training & Ongoing Support
Four Private Owner-Training Lessons: Learn how to handle your dog, reinforce its training, manage challenging situations and continue progressing after handover.
Six Months of Complimentary Group Classes: Practise obedience and handling around distractions, subject to class availability and your dog’s suitability for group training.
Training Equipment Included
Equipment appropriate to your dog’s individual training needs is included in the Elite program.
Depending on your dog’s assessment and training plan, this may include a muzzle, Halti, pinch collar, slip lead or other suitable training equipment.
We’ll explain the purpose and correct use of any equipment provided during your owner-training lessons.
Collection & Return
You can bring your dog to our Coffs Harbour training property or discuss coordinated collection and return arrangements where available.
For suitable long-distance bookings, collection, return and an in-home handover lesson may be arranged. Transport availability, arrangements and any applicable costs are confirmed individually.
Payment Information

Elite Board & Train
$5,660 | Five Weeks | Four Private Owner-Training Lessons
Take your dog’s training to the next level.
Our Elite Board & Train program is designed for owners who want more than foundational obedience. With five weeks of professional residential training, we have additional time to develop greater consistency, more advanced skills and improved responses around everyday distractions.
Whether you’re aiming for more reliable obedience, better behaviour in challenging environments or help with individually assessed behavioural concerns, Elite provides an extended training experience tailored to your dog.
Training may include advanced obedience, recall development, distraction management, appropriate real-world practice and behaviour modification where suitable.
The additional time allows us to build on your dog’s foundations and progressively introduce more challenging training situations.
But advanced training requires confident handling from the owner, too.
That’s why Elite includes four private owner-training lessons, giving you additional opportunities to learn how to communicate with your dog, develop your handling skills and continue building on its progress at home.
Elite is suitable for a range of training goals. It isn’t exclusively for reactive or aggressive dogs.
Training goals and outcomes depend on your dog’s individual assessment, progress and continued owner involvement.
